Financial Assistance Available
Even though attending Western is very affordable, we understand that some people need a little extra help. The Graduate School has a limited number of scholarships and graduate assistantships available. These are awarded once a year in March.
Some students qualify for the TEACH Grant and all degree seeking graduate students qualify for $20,000 a year in Stafford Loans.
Cost
Western has some of the lowest graduate tuition around. You can complete an entire Master's Degree for about $10,000 in tuition (in-state). Plus, the cost of living in St Joseph is very low - meaning your housing, transportation, and food costs are also low.
