Students, Please read the following information carefully regarding the process for distributing your accommodation letters to faculty and staff. 1) For those students approved for testing accommodations, you will be responsible for taking a copy of your accommodation letter to Sandi Berg in the Counseling and Disability Services Center in Eder Hall, Suite 203. Students are responsible for scheduling their testing appointments with Mrs. Berg. Students are also responsible for notifying their instructors that they will be taking their exams in the Counseling and Disability Services Center and that the instructor will need to send a copy of the exam to the Center prior to the date and time of the exam. 2) For those students approved for Adaptive Technology services, you will be responsible for taking a copy of your accommodation letter to Michelle Graham, Adaptive Technology Specialist in Hearnes 149B (inside the Instructional Media Center). 3) In addition to taking a copy of your accommodation letter to your instructors, it is also a really good idea to take a copy to your academic advisor so that he or she can help you plan your course load accordingly. To access your accommodation letter, click on DSTS Database below and use your GoldLink user name and password to access your accommodation letter. If for some reason your accommodation letter is not available in the DSTS, send me an email and I will upload it as quickly as possible. Have a great semester, Mike Ritter Disability Services Coordinator
