For Students:
Missouri Western Warm-up Kickoff gives students the opportunity to
see services and products from area businesses and organizations.
Missouri Western Warm-up Kickoff is a great opportunity to look for a job,
get better acquainted with Registered Student Organizations, to find
out what bank to use, where to get groceries, gifts, and where to go
for help. There will be free food samples and a live DJ!
For Businesses/Registered Student Organizations/Departments:
Once a year, Missouri Western State University creates a
festival for students to experience St. Joseph local businesses,
community organizations, and MWSU. The Missouri Western Warm-up Kickoff
gives you the opportunity to display your services and goods.
We invite you to help us welcome both new and returning students to
St. Joseph and MWSU. Planning has begun and we are seeking
businesses, non-profit agencies, MWSU departments, and registered
student organizations that are interested in participating. We
are expecting well over 1,000 students for the Missouri Western Warm-up
Kickoff.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Booths are available to "show off" goods and services*
to over 1,000 students that attend. Booth fees include one
6-foot table for space, 2 chairs (more by request), and advertising
to 5,000 students. This is an inexpensive way to have
products/services featured to the student body. For MWSU
departments/organizations, booths are free of charge. (A fee
will be assessed to departments/organizations that reserve a space
but do not set up a booth.)
$25.00 for Early Registration: Received by August 13, 2013
$35.00 for Late Registration: Received by August 21, 2013 or until
all booth spaces are occupied
$10.00 Registration for not-for-profit organizations: Received by
August 13, 2013
Free of Charge for MWSU Department, Clubs and Registered Student Organizations: Received by August 13, 2013
