Inter-Fraternity Council is the coordinating and governing body for all of the MWSU's IFC Fraternities that meets weekly to coordinate recruitment activities, motivate and supervise academic achievements, and promote community service projects throughout the year.

National Pan-Hellenic Council consists of two partner organizations that promote interaction among its affiliates, engage in collective programming and ideas through a variety of functions and activities.

Panhellenic Association is the governing body for all of the MWSU PC Sororities that meets weekly to schedule recruitment events, upcoming philanthropy events, Greek functions, scholastic improvements, and fundraising.
