Do you have approximately 90 credit hours toward a degree you started earlier in life, but never finished?

Would you like to add to these credits and complete a degree? Come "Back to Missouri Western" and complete your degree by enrolling in one of three flexible degrees.

Do you want to earn your degree online? Many students will be able to earn a Bachelor of General Studies by completing online minors in business, psychology or criminal justice. Many of the courses you need to complete the degrees listed below are offered online, making it easier for you to come back to school without leaving your commitment to work and family.

Bachelor of General Studies

The BGS degree is specifically for adult learners who have delayed or interrupted their studies, or for whom their original major is no longer appropriate. It is designed to be multidisciplinary and have maximum flexibility to suit the needs of students.

The BGS will allow you to build a custom concentration out of two minors, rather than a single content focus while meeting all bachelor's degree requirements. Your path to a bachelor’s degree will be built around your unique college credit history, and, if applicable, incorporate transfer credits and past major-specific work.

Online Completion: Minors that can be earned entirely online at Missouri Western include: business, psychology and criminal justice. Most general education requirements are also online.

Please speak to an advisor to develop a degree path based on your unique college credit history.
