Conference: Three Party
(This is for you and two additional callers ONLY)

Single Line Phones

1. Call the first person you want to add
2. Once the first person is on the line press Flash tap/switchhook and listen for special dial tone
3. Dial the second person you want to add
4. Once that person is on the line press Flash tap/switchhook again to connect all three calls

****Note: if the third party is unavailable, press Flash tap/switchhook twice to return to original caller****

Multi-Line Phones

1. Call the first person you want to add
2. Once the first person is on the line press Transfer
3. Dial the second person you want to add
4. Once that person is on the line press Transfer again to connect all three calls

****Note: if the third party is unavailable, press release(Rls) and press the button for the line your original person is on to be connected back to that person****

Meet Me Conference
(If you want a phone number set up so people can call you for a conference call)

1. Call 573-751-2000 to set up and get pay rate information.

Conference Call: Six Party
(This feature must be programmed on your phone line before it will work. This is for you and 5 additional callers ONLY. This option is also available for Multi-line phones, but needs additional programming and training)

Single Line Phones

1. Dial first party
2. Once that person is on the line, press Flash tap/switchhook
3. Dial *71
4. Press Flash tap/switchhook
5. Dial next party

****Repeat this process until you have added your 5 additional callers****
 
NOTES: You may hang up after connecting your callers if you are not part of the conference. If you receive a busy signal, no answer or the party is unable to join the conference call, press Flash/switchhook twice. Any of the parties can hang up at any time.
