The IT Department HelpDesk is located in the Hearnes Center, below the library on the first floor. As you enter the library from the interior campus, we are located at the bottom of the stairs to your left.

From the entry from the student parking lot in from of the Hearnes Center, we are located on the entry level at the end of the hall to your right (just before you go up the stairs to the library).
