Other Fees

The fees listed below are per semester and are subject to change without notice.

Application Fees

• One-time Application Fee (nonrefundable) - $15/ International students - $50
• One-time Matriculation Fee (nonrefundable) - $15
• Late Application Fee, nonrefundable (if complete application package not received two weeks prior to registration) - $20
• One-time Graduate School Application Fee (nonrefundable) - $45 / International students - $50

Art Fee

• Art Materials Fees - $20-$150 depending upon course

Criminal Justice Fee

• Course Specific Lab Fees - $40 per lab

Computer Assisted Course Fee

• Assessed on courses that meet in a computer lab at least 8 hours/semester and less than 25 hours - $35 per course

Computer Intensive Course Fee

• Assessed on courses that meet in a computer lab at least 25 hours - $45 per course

Developmental Course Fees

• English 100 - $75
• Mathematics 081, 082 or 083 (per course) - $75
• Reading Development 095 - $75

Graduation Fees

• Graduation Fee (undergraduate candidates) - $40
• Graduation Fee (graduate candidates) - $80

Institutional Fees

• SGA - Student Government Association Fee - The fee is $30.00 for students enrolled in less than 12 hours.  The fee is $50.00 for students enrolled in 12 hours or more.  The fee is $5.00 during the summer session.  This fee supports student initiatives and activities such as: student clubs and organizations; special events, such as concerts; homecoming; and free local, regional and national newspapers, etc.  
• Yearbook Fee - The fee is $5.00 for students enrolled in 9 or more hours.  The fee entitles students who enroll in a minimum of 9 hours in the fall semester and 9 hours in the spring semester to a yearbook without any additional cost.
• Facilities Access Fee - The fee is assessed at a rate of $12.50 per credit hour up to a maximum of $150.00 per semester.  The fee is used for the maintenance of our general and departmental computer labs, streets, parking lots, sidewalks, buildings, etc.
• Max Experience Fee - The fee is assessed at a rate of $5.00 per credit hour up to a maximum of $60.00 per semester.  The fee provides funds for athletic facility improvements, as well as programs to enhance student experiences at athletic events, which includes free admission and concession benefits.
• Instructional Support Fee - The fee is assessed at a rate of $1.60 per credit hour up to a maximum of $19.20 per semester.  The fee is used to maintain our smart classrooms with the necessary technical equipment needed for instruction.  It is also used to maintain our mainframe computer system and its infrastructure, library services, etc.
• Student Service Support Fee - The fee is $50.00 for students enrolled in less than 12 hours.  The fee is $75.00 for students enrolled in 12 or more hours.  The fee is $25.00 during the summer session.  The fee supports the student services area of campus, such as Center for Academic Support, Career Services, Student Success Center, Student Life, etc.

Miscellaneous Fees

• Audit Tuition and Fees - same as credit tuition and fees
• Late Registration Fee - $50
• New Student Registration Fee - $60 (one time charge assessed only during the first semester of enrollment)
• Schedule Change Fee - $50 (one time charge per semester)
• Student Housing Security Deposit (subject to refund) - $100

Motor Vehicle Registration Fee (nonrefundable)

• One vehicle - included in Facilities Access Fee
• Each additional vehicle -$10
• Replacement Fee - $5

Music Fees

• Applied Music Fee - Major/Secondary Instrument (per credit hour) - $100
• General Music Major/Minor Fee (per course) - $100
• Music Class Equipment Fee (per course) - $50
• Instrument Usage Fee - $100 (assessed to students not owning their own instrument)

Nursing Fees

• Nursing Skills Lab and Supplies Fee - $150.00 (lab specific)
• Nursing Testing Fees - $150 (course specific)

Physical Education Fee

• Physical Education Facility Fee - $10 (course specific)

Science Fees

• Laboratory materials and/or breakage - Cost
• Biology Lab and Chemistry Lab Fees - $40 (per lab)

Testing Fees

• ACT Residual - $55
• C-Base - $65 During regular registration
• C-Base - $75 Available dates listed on the registration form
• CLEP - $110

Undergraduate Program Fees

• Craig School of Business - $25 per credit hour
