• Log into GoldLink account
• Click on the "Faculty" tab
• Under "Advisor Tools," click on "Advisee Grades"

To check final grades on students not assigned as advisees, follow these steps:

• Go to the "Student Unofficial Transcript" link in "Advisor Tools"
• Enter student's G# or name

To check mid-term grades on students not assigned as advisees, follow these steps:

• Click on "Student Information" in the "Advisor Tools"
• Choose "Active Registration"
• Select Term
• Enter student's G# or name

Once final grades are posted for a specific term, midterm grades are no longer available through the "Active Registration" link.
