Employee Accommodations
Titles 1 and 5 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) as well as numerous other civil rights laws, protect persons with disabilities from discrimination in the workplace. The following information is for MWSU employees needing to request accommodations based on the presence of either a temporary or permanent disability.
