Candidates for Graduation

To be considered as a candidate for graduation, the student must declare candidacy by filing an Application for Graduation in the Registrar's Office. To assure that the candidate's records are reviewed prior to the final semester by the graduation coordinator in the Registrar's Office, the following deadlines for filing should be observed:

Fall graduates: Spring graduates: Summer graduates:

July 1 November 1 March 1

Application For Graduation - Undergraduate (pdf): A $40 graduation fee for the first degree (additional $10 for subsequent degrees) is due before the end of the semester of graduation.

Application For Graduation - Graduate (pdf): An $80 graduation fee is due before the end of the semester of graduation.
