Community Team Building

SYNOPSIS:
This training module focuses on providing a community with a formal process to develop a collaborative effort between law enforcement and the community members.

OBJECTIVES:

• Define community policing and understand the elements of and need for community partnerships
• Use the SARA model to address community problems
• Understand the need for organizational change
• Establish a Community Policing Collaborative Team and a plan of action for the next meeting
