MO-RCPI SPECIALTY AREAS
The MO-RCPI provides training and technical assistance
to Missouri in all aspects of community policing. The Institute
has an extensive training schedule to reach out to small departments.
It designed, developed, and implemented a Community Survey tool
to assess a community's readiness to embrace community policing.
During the past five years the MO-RCPI has provided training over
400 individual training sessions involving over 500 Missouri law
enforcement agencies with over 7,500 law enforcement officers and
community stakeholders attending.
In addition, the MO-RCPI joins in with the other 27 RCPIs in the
National RCPI network to deliver Ethics and Integrity training.
The MO-RCPI has also developed considerable expertise in developing
collaborative problem solving partnerships and facilitating problem
solving teams in addressing crime and disorder problems.

The Missouri-RCPI provides free and low-cost
community policing training and technical assistance to all
Missouri law enforcement agencies and the communities they
serve.

The Missouri-RCPI is dedicated to and has demonstrated
the ability to customize its training and delivery to meet
the individual needs of each agency and community.

Missouri-RCPI training is focused on building
collaborative partnerships and developing problem-solving strategies
in an effort to assist communities reduce crime and disorder
problems and to improve the overall quality of life within
their community.

The MO-RCPI instructors will come to your community and delivery
training free or at a low-cost for criminal justice practitioners
(MO POST APPROVED!!), citizens and community stakeholders-including
youth, volunteers, city employees, elected officials, social
service agencies and private sector organizations
