THE PURPOSE OF THESE REGULATIONS IS TO PROVIDE FOR THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF STUDENTS, EMPLOYEES AND VISITORS AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONTROL OF TRAFFIC AND PARKING.

The registration of a motor vehicle authorizes parking on the Missouri Western State University campus for that motor vehicle. It DOES NOT guarantee a parking space. The lack of a space is not considered a valid excuse for violating regulations.

By registering a vehicle and receiving a parking decal or hang tag you acknowledge that you have read and understand the MWSU Parking Rules and Regulations.  The Parking Rules and Regulations are listed below.

Missouri Western State University or its employees will not assume any responsibility for the care and protection of any vehicle or its contents at any time it is operated or parked on the campus.

Any person who willfully or through negligence causes damage to Western property shall be liable for any damage done to said property.
