ABSTRACT
The research being conducted should meet the standards for an exempt project as the data collected cannot be linked back to the individuals participating in the study. Minimal risk to participants is expected as all are over the age of 18 and no emotional or incriminating information will be solicited. Data collection will occur by way of surveys and existing data.
