ABSTRACT

Organizational communication is an important field of study for professional managers. The importance of communication has increased with the inception of today’s technology. People are able to communicate across a variety of mediums across all levels of the organizational structure. The development of a generational multi-level communication model provides a useful tool for members of the current business landscape. The model provides a guide to selection of proven communication strategies. The basis for selection of said strategies is bound by the variables of generational membership and relative positioning within the organizational structure. The impending study aims to prove the validity of the proposed strategies by surveying the past experience of professional managers.

Extension Request on 11-25-2012

More time is required for data collection. An additional 10 day extension would be enough to collect the required data.
