ABSTRACT
This study will examine the variables of age, gender and ethnic group to see the relationship between their conflict resolution styles. The test to be used will be one way anova.

I have completed taking in information from surveys through google docs. I have found the most significant difference between gender. There are a few significant questions that show that the male gender has a more straight forward way to deal with conflict resolution.
