MWTV TO AIR GINGRICH SPEECH
St. Joseph, Mo. - Oct. 22, 2010 - The Oct. 7 speech by former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich at the 17th annual Convocation on Critical Issues at Missouri Western State University will be broadcast on MWTV Oct. 24 through Nov. 4.
''Mr. Gingrich was one of the most popular Convocation speakers we've had, and we're pleased to be able to make his speech available to a wider audience,'' said Dan Nicoson, vice president for university advancement and executive director of the MWSU Foundation, the Convocation's primary sponsor.
The speech will air at 7:30 p.m. Sundays and noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. MWTV is carried on channel 39 by St. Joseph Cablevision and channel 97 by Alliance Communications in Atchison, Kan.
