St. Joseph International Guitar Festival

$1500 in Cash Awards

$15,000 + other major scholarship possibilities totaling up to a "full ride" for exceptional piano majors enrolling at MWSU

Rules

Eligibility:

Students who are currently in grades 9-12

Repertoire:

Two memorized solo compositions in contrasting styles (no concertos). Contestants will be allowed a maximum performance time of twelve minutes.

Cash Awards:

The two divisions in the competition and the amounts to be awarded are as follows:

Grades 9-10	Grades 11-12
First Place $400	First Place $400
Second Place $225	Second Place $225
Third Place $125	Third Place $125
