Potter Hall, built in 1971, stands at the severe west end of campus, just to the right of the Looney Complex. This building houses a fully functional Macintosh Computer lab loaded with software for many graphics classes and has a deck at the rear of the building, overlooking the campus to the east.
Dr. Potter was a well-known St. Joseph physician and had served as a representative of the Community Welfare Council's education committee. He also served as president of the Missouri Western Junior College District Board of Trustees and later was president of Missouri Western's Board of Regents.
The building is home to many programs at Missouri Western, including the Music, Art and Theater Departments. |
