Overlooking the entire campus from above the tree line is the Glenn E. Marion Memorial Clock Tower. This tower, completed in 1998, chimes merrily on the hour, every hour, for those walking to and from class.

Glenn Marion was a professor emeritus of Engineering Technology, retiring in 1976, after many years of serving Missouri Western and its students.

The tower, funded by many donations from individual and corporate sponsors, serves as a landmark on Missouri Western's spacious campus.
