Missouri Western Television
Channel 39 is Missouri Western’s cable
channel broadcast to the local community via St. Joseph Cablevision. Channel
97 is Missouri Western’s cable
channel broadcast to Atchison, Kansas area via Alliance Communications.
It’s primarily used for distance education programming,
cultural programming via Classic Arts Showcase, educational
programming via N.A.S.A. and other programs produced by the
Instructional Media Center.
IMC Educational Television Services is continually
working to develop new programming.
We’re
working to better educate our surrounding communities about
the many positive changes and happenings at Missouri Western.
Promoting special campus and departmental accomplishments
is one of the ways we’re hoping to use story ideas
that can be further developed into television segments which
may be of interest to our viewers.
In order to do this, we need your help. We’re
in search of information about unique, prestigious individual
or departmental accomplishments with regard to our campus
community. If you have something to share, please take the
time to fill out either the web-based
submission form or download the PDF
form and send it directly to us.
While all items submitted will be carefully
considered, not every submission will be developed into a
television segment for use on-air.

information for faculty, student and community use can
be accessed anytime via our website.
