Delivery Equipment
The following is delivery equipment available from Classroom
Services. You can order this equipment by calling us at 271-4395
or using our "place an order" web form at http://www.missouriwestern.edu/imc/forms/placeorder.asp.
 Video
Projector/VCR/Notebook - hookup - projector, VCR, VGA cable on
a cart.
- Used for playing and projecting a videocassette, viewing
cable TV, or projecting a laptop computer image. This unit
has auxiliary audio and video inputs for extra equipment.
- Comes with a Video Projector, VCR, speaker, cable TV
coax cable, cables to hook up a laptop, Auxiliary inputs
and a power strip.
- Computer resolution can be displayed up to 1024X768.
Note: Notebook computer does not come with
this setup and needs to be ordered separately.
 27" TV/VCR
set-up - 27" television and a VCR on a cart.
- Used for playing and projecting a videocassette or viewing
cable TV. This VCR also has auxiliary audio and video inputs
for extra equipment.
- Comes with a 27" television, VCR, cable TV coax cable
and a power strip.
 13" TV/VCR
combo- 13" television and a VCR combo.
- Used for playing and projecting a videocassette or viewing
cable TV. This VCR also has auxiliary audio and video inputs
for extra equipment.
- Comes with a 13" television, VCR.
Note: Unit does not come with Cable TV
coax cable. If you need to view cable with this unit order
a coax cable when placing your request.
 Data
Monitor/VCR set-up - 29" Data Monitor, VCR, VGA input
on a cart.
- Used for viewing a laptop computer image, playing a videocassette
or viewing cable TV. This VCR also has auxiliary audio
and video inputs for extra equipment.
- Comes with a 29" Data Monitor, VCR, VGA and audio jacks
for laptop display, cable TV coax cable and a power strip.
- Computer resolution can only be displayed at 800 x 600.
Note: You must have a 15pin VGA cable to
plug your laptop into this unit.
 Overhead
Projector - transparency projector.
- Used for displaying transparencies.
- Comes with spare lamp that can be selected by rotating
the lamp changer knob.
 Cart -
Adjustable height AV cart.
 Portable
Screen - tripod stand portable projection screen.
- Used for displaying projected images on.
- Screen has an eight foot diagonal surface.
 Boom
Box - CD Player, Cassette Player, AM/FM Radio combined
in one unit.
- Used for alternately playing audio CD’s, audiocassette
tapes or AM/FM radio.
- Comes with above capabilities, retractable antenna for
receiving radio, and a power cord.
Note: This unit does not come with batteries.
 Cassette
Recorder - record audio onto cassette or playback
from an audiocassette.
- Comes with above capabilities and a power cord.
 Slide
Projector - displays slides.
- Used for displaying 35mm slides onto a screen.
- Comes with wired remote control and slide carousel.
Note: Wireless remotes need to be ordered
separately and do require special instruction.
 Easel -
flip chart holder.
- Used for holding poster board or flipchart pads.
Note: Does not come with paper or writing
utensils.
 Dry
Erase Easel - dry erase surface and flip chart holder.
- Used for writing surface with dry erase markers or holding
poster board/flipchart pads.
Note: Does not come with dry erase markers,
erasers, paper or writing utensils.
 Table
Top Microphone- Microphone and stand that can be placed
upon a table.
- Used for amplifying audio from someone sitting at a table.
Note: To be used with rooms that have installed
audio amplification systems.
 Podium
Microphone - Microphone and stand that can be placed
upon a podium.
- Used for amplifying audio from someone at a podium.
- The requestor must order the podium to be setup through
the Maintenance Department.
Note: To be used with rooms that have installed
audio amplification systems.
 Microphone/Tall
Stand- Microphone and Stand meant to be place on floor.
- Used for amplifying audio from someone that stands at
this microphone.
Note: To be used with rooms that have installed
audio amplification systems.
 Camcorder/Tripod-
Records video and audio onto a standard VHS tape.
- Used for recording an event on a standard VHS tape for
reviewing later.
- Comes with RCA cables, Power Supply, and an attachable
light source.
- Batteries must be requested when scheduled, if required.
Note: Does not come with VHS tape.
 PC
Notebook Computer (for presentations) - output device
for displaying computer data.
- Used for hooking up to a video projector or a data monitor
to display computer data.
- Comes with 3.5"floppy drive, 6X CD/DVD ROM drive, Windows
2000, Microsoft Office 2000
- Carry case includes a power supply, 6’ VGA cable,
wired mouse, Ethernet cable, phone/modem cable, and 10’ audio
cable (sony to RCA).
- Please let us know at the time you schedule if you require
the use of audio, Ethernet, modem, external zip drive or
wireless mouse. All require a special setup and will not
be available unless scheduled.
Note: Many of our laptops display only
800 X 600 pixels display sized. If you require 1024 X 768
pixels notify us when you schedule this equipment.
 Zip
Drives for PC - External 250 MB zip drive for parallel
port.
- Used to read computer data from or save computer data
to a 100 MB or 250 MB zip disk.
- Comes with a short parallel cable, a power supply, and
a carry case.
Note: This drive requires software to be
loaded to your computer.
