The committee is working on behalf of all non-exempt, exempt and administrative employees.

WILL I GET A RAISE?
The goal of committee is not specifically to guarantee raises, but to propose that salaries reflect the job duties and the market value of comparable positions.

WHY ARE ONLY CERTAIN POSITIONS BENCHMARKED?
There are 96 (out of 210 total) positions included in this benchmark list for the salary survey. These 96 positions represent a cross-section of the positions on campus. Please note that just because a position is not benchmarked does not mean that it will not be looked at.
