Fees and General Information:
INDIVIDUAL CONCERT TICKETS
(All general public tickets available at the door the evening of the concert - limited/open seating - all tickets on a first come basis.)
General Public: $15.
Students/Seniors: $10.

DAY PASSES
A single-day pass for general public entrance to a single day series of classes may be purchased at the door for $25 the morning of the event. This ticket includes the price of that evening’s concert ticket. Concert ticket must be used for the concert on the day of purchase.
PERFORMERS $300. Includes entrance to all classes, concerts and performing in all masterclasses. This fee includes application as a competition competitor (there is no fee reduction if a performer chooses to not compete in the competition). ALL COMPETITORS MUST REGISTER FOR THE FESTIVAL IN THIS CATEGORY.
AUDITORS $175. Includes entrance to all classes, concerts and masterclasses (non-performing).
HOUSING
Private housing with a host family is available for Performers and Auditors (does not include meals) available free of charge. Hotel accommodation information is available by contacting the St. Joseph Convention and Visitors Bureau (816) 233-6688.
PERFORMERS/AUDITORS SHOULD TRY TO ARRIVE IN ST. JOSEPH BY 6:00 P.M. THE EVENING OF MAY 17 FOR ORIENTATION AND EVENING PARTY.
FLIGHTS
If you are coming by plane, you should fly to Kansas City International Airport (airport code is: MCI). If you need airport pickup, call the Department of Music (816-271-4420) IMMEDIATELY upon booking your flight with your flight details.
LANGUAGES
The official language of the festival is English. Translators for other languages will be available free of charge.
DISCLAIMER
Program Subject to Change. The Judges have the right not to award one or more category of the prize if the performance level is deemed to be inadequate.
