Attendance is expected (be sure to sign in daily). Since each class period during the four-week session is equivalent to one week of the regular semester, it is critical that you arrive to class on time and stay for the entire period. Every four missed hours of class will decrease your final grade by a letter. Students with Disabilities Policy

Four essays 100 pts each == 400 pts
Quizzes and exercises == 200 pts
600 pts total: A (600-540); B (539-480); C (479-420);
D (419-360); F (359-0)
A late paper will lose one letter grade for each day it is overdue. Academic Honesty Policy
You are expected to do your own work in this course. Any case of cheating/plagiarism will result in no credit (0) for that assignment and may result in a disciplinary action by the College. Tentative Calendar Week One: Introduction to the course, Chapters 1, 2 and 4, exercises, Essay 1. Week Two: [No classes July 3 and 4] Chapter 5, exercises, Essay 2. Week Three: Chapters 6 and 9, exercises, Essay 3. Week Four: Chapters 8 and 7, exercises, Essay 4.
