Welcome to Missouri Western's Information Technology's Help Desk. The HelpDesk was created to provide and coordinate technical solutions for network and service request.

The Help Desk serves as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and service requests.

Please read our service level agreement for faculty, staff and students. This page explains our service coverage with regards to applications, hardware, and operating systems.
