Payment Options

Payment Due Dates
If a student registers prior to May 1st, tuition and fees must be paid or payment arrangement must be made by May 21st. If a student registers between May 1st and June 3rd, tuition and fees must be paid or payment arrangement must be made by June 20th. Students registering after June 1st must pay or make payment arrangement for tuition and fees at time of enrollment.

Payment Options:
Option 1

Payment in full

  • Payment in full by check, cash or credit card in the Business Office or by calling (816) 271-4324 to pay by credit card.
  • Payment in full by financial aid.
    (Financial aid must be processed and approved by payment deadline.  If financial aid is not processed, payment in full or enrollment in the payment plan is required.)

Option 2

Payment through tuition payment plan

A $50 fee is assessed per term to enroll in the payment plan.  To enroll in the payment plan, print the enrollment plan form and return it to the Business Office.  The enrollment fee is due at the time the plan is established.

The tuition payment plan allows the student to make payments on the balance of the account (after all applicable financial aid has been applied) during the semester. Monthly statements will be mailed for accounts with outstanding balances to the address on record. 

Failure to pay your account in full or enroll in the payment plan by the due date will result in an automatic enrollment in the payment plan ($50) AND a late fee assessed ($50).

It is the responsibility of the student to notify the Registrar's Office in writing, if attendance plans change. Failure to do so will result in the student being assessed grades for all courses and full financial obligation for tuition and fees.
