Student Registration

Each student attending Visual Arts Day must individually turn in a registration form before taking part in any scheduled activities. Forms will be collected at the student registration table located in the lobby of Potter Hall.

To facilitate the collection of these forms, schools can print the student registration PDF below and have students complete them before arriving at the MWSU campus.
