7:30 am – 9:00 am - Registration

7:30 am – 9:00 am - Hanging Artwork for student exhibition. Artwork should be ready for display with a hanging device.  Display walls are carpet covered plywood. 

9:15 - Judge begins initial walk through of exhibition.

8:30 - Workshops and competitions begin

11:30 am 12:15 – Lunch - Students may bring a sack lunch and eat on the lawn or dine on campus at the Western Dining Hall, Western Deli, Einstein Bros Bagels, Quiznos, Burger Studio, or Caliente Mexican Grill.

2:00 – Workshops and competitions conclude

2:15 – Award ceremony

3:00 – Visual Art Day concludes
