Co-Curricular Funding

There are two types of Co-Curricular Funding --

• Series
  Co-curricular “Series” Grants are intended to fund three-year series of co-curricular events. Such series should identify a theme, such as a poetry series, a musical event series, a film series, or a lecture/discussion series.

• Ad-Hoc
  “Ad Hoc” Grants may be used to support a wide array of different types of educational enrichment events on campus. Programs bringing special speakers to campus should include a general interest public presentation as well as use of speakers in classes and/or programs sponsored by campus organizations.

General Co-Curricular Funding Guidelines

1. All receipts need to be turned in together with the report form received when approved.
2. All receipts need to be turned in within 45 days of completion of the event.
3. Any overages of the budget will be charged to the submitting department unless pre-approved by committee.
4. The Event Report must be filled out and include clippings of flyers, publicity, etc. and sent to committee chair person within 45 days of the events completion.
